I was assigned by the Hon Minister's office to monitor two cadets for two weeks at my office. They just completed a design thinking course in Genovasi. They were on an assignment to ideate solutions to what ever issue regarding service delivery they have identified in my office.
It was a great two weeks. I enjoy having them around. Although I was busy attending meetings, but looking at them discussing the design thinking process and wearing serious look on their faces all the time, remind me of my early days in the service.
I am chairing the final presentation session by the cadets with bright future, Amira and Azim
These young cadets are full with ideas and energy. I wish them all the best.
