Remember the entry on our little garlic garden?
I grew really fast!
I made some begedil for my family for dinner. Begedil is a Malaysian style of deep fried potato patty with mashed potato, minced meat, fried onion, spices and spring onion. I didnt have spring onion at home, so I use the garlic chives.
