On a very cold morning, I woke up and feel like experimenting with homemade ice-cream recipe.
I found a very simple recipe online and I successfully made myself a vanilla ice cream. It is time-consuming (because I need to put it in a blender and blend it every two hours until it reaches creamy consistency) but definitely worth it!
I blended the ice-cream mixture three time (roughly six hours, once every two) and set it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Its taste and texture are similar to the store brought ice-cream.
