I woke up one morning and feel like eating karipap, a Malaysian pastry with curry chicken/beef or potato fillings, a common snack in Southeast Asia (here). It is quite similar to the Spanish empanada.
I have assistants who love to play with the dough
I put some flour to prevent them from sticking (to the plate / with each other). I know the shape was inconsistent. I havent make karipap for quite sometimes.
