Nazreen is a big fan of samosa. I made samosa A LOT during winter and I froze them. These are among the samosa fillings I have made: black pepper chicken, scrambled egg and mushroom with barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, vegetarian (carrot, spring onion and onion) and spiced minced lamb.
They love to eat it with Thai chili sauce (blended dried chili, garlic, sugar, salt and vinegar).
